The Amiga computer was a family of personal computers introduced by Commodore in 1985. The original model is one of a number of mid-1980s computers with 16- or 16/32-bit processors, 256Â KB or more of RAM, mouse-based GUIs, and significantly improved graphics and audio compared to previous 8-bit systems.
There have been several recreations of this mouse for modern systems, even wireless. The intent of this optical version is to create a 3D printed mouse that replaces or upgrades the original mouse, without losing the unique “tank” style.
This mouse has been rigorously tested with an Amiga 600, and tested at VCF Midwest 24 with several models like the 500, 4000, ensuring compatibility and reliability. It’s truly a plug-and-play solution—no additional setup required.
This hand made product is offered as a custom, non-commercial homebrew item, it is not by any means trying to take advantage of Amiga trademarks, but in honor of the original and to keep it as close as possible, the Amiga logo is used in the label.
